We always go back where we left a part of our soul! We go back to remember, to admire our courage or to honor our fears! We go back to places where we have been happy and blessed and we go there to be grateful for what we had lived! We go back to kiss goodbye those places that once we used to call them home and which now are empty, but still full of memories! We go back to remember who we were and who we are today because of those happy moments! We go back to remember the emotions we felt, to remember our divine agony. We go back to feel safe again, even if it’s just for a moment! We go back to feel unconditionally loved and appreciated! We go back to face our illusions and to cry our pain or joy! We go back because we know that without that place, without that moment in our lives, things would be so much different now! We go back to see the same place with different eyes!
For a second, on our minds, we go back to those who broke our hearts!. We go back to forgive them and to set us free! For a second, we go back in our hearts to those we loved and who loved us, to honor again both their emotions and ours. We go back, deep in our hearts, to listen to our unspoken words and unfelted feelings! We go back to our souls to honor the divine part of us! We go back to places, people, and memories to understand that our lives are the sum of all those places, people, and memories and that our lives cannot be separated from all that we have lived and felt, from all those we loved, from all those who hated us. We go back to revisit our lives, to celebrate our successes and to grief for our failures. We go back to hold close or to let go! We go back to where a part of our soul is!

I always come back to your beautiful eyes because in them I find the whole meaning of my life! I always come back to our home for it’s there where I find my peace, my quiet and safe space! I always come back to our memories because in them I find my whole life, my joy and the strength to wait for every tomorrow! I always come back to you because you are me, because without you there is nothing to live for and nothing to say! No matter where you are, no matter how many years we have been apart, no matter how many thousands of kilometers are between us, I always come back to you!
